Best Practices in Maximizing Patient Safety Privilege Protections Through Policy Development

This free webinar explores how healthcare organizations can strengthen patient safety privilege protections and foster a safe environment for learning and improvement through effective policy development under the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act (PSQIA). Attendees will gain a clear understanding of what constitutes Patient Safety Work Product (PSWP), how to preserve and protect it within their Patient Safety Evaluation System (PSES), and how to cultivate a safe space for learning and improvement within PSES peer review and peer learning activities.

Participants will also learn practical strategies to expand the scope of their PSES, enhance cross-team collaboration, and build a stronger culture of safety and risk reduction across their organizations.
